We are an Emergency Response & Training company based in Dublin, Ireland. We provide safety, emergency response, and resilience training that helps businesses protect their people, meet their duty of care obligations, and improve preparedness.
DART delivers operational and security training across Ireland, founded on over four decades of experience within the Irish Defence Forces. Noel and Brian first met at the Irish Naval Base in 2005, before both successfully completed the demanding selection process for the Army Ranger Wing. They subsequently served together in some of the most challenging operational environments.
Collectively, they bring more than twenty years of Tier 1 Special Forces experience, including roles as Close Protection Operators supporting United Nations Deputy Force Commanders and Force Commanders.
Today, DART leverages this extensive operational background to deliver practical, real-world training and consultancy. These are not simply principles we teach; they are standards we have consistently upheld in practice.
Readiness built through realistic, scenario-driven training rather than theory alone.
Situational and tactical awareness that lets people recognise risk and act on it.
Clear, deliberate communication under pressure is the backbone of every operation.
Looking after the people beside you. The principle that guided every mission we ran.
